Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality
  • Ensure smooth site execution and timely delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in interior fit-out or construction projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Interior Designer

Responsibilities

  • Prepare space planning layouts
  • Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations
  • Develop concept presentations and material selections
  • Coordinate with the execution team during implementation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software
  • Strong design and presentation skills
